Our electrical controls provide an excellent cost-effective solution for operating your EIRICH mixer. The electrical controls are made in house and are designed specifically to meet the demanding requirements especially suited to mixers.
The electrical controls are designed for the individual machine in a lab environment or complete system for production operation. They can be built for integration into your plant system or for integration of other equipment such as batch weighing and dosing of materials.

We always test your control system before shipping
Testing down to the last detail
Prior to delivery, your control center is subjected to a very thorough inspection. We follow this up by subjecting the hardware to extensive testing – based on each individual page of the circuit diagrams. Similarly, the software functions and the operational routines reproduced in the program are also subjected to rigorous testing.
- “Plug and play” tested hardware and software ensures that commissioning times are kept as short as possible - and cuts out-expensive on-site testing
- It is possible for pre-acceptances of the control systems and control functions to be undertaken by your operating personnel at our test center. Any requests for changes which arise in the process can be implemented quickly and easily and will have been completed by the commissioning stage.
