Engineering & project management
Our engineering departments and our project managers work closely with the customer throughout the entire project. Eirich Machines assigns a project manager to each project who routinely communicates each phase of the project to ensure that the customer is properly informed and satisfied with our performance. It also allows for flexibility and design-change requests from the customer. In other words, the project is handled extremely efficiently, with consistent implementation from the planning stage right through to commissioning. At the same time it ensures that the same high quality standards are applied everywhere in the world.
If the conditions at the site permit, Eirich Machines is capable of installing completely new technology even while the plant is running.
