Test your product in our fully equipped test lab
Eirich Machines' in-house e test lab, located at our facility in Gurnee, IL, offers a wide variety of equipment for testing of material processing. Process engineers are on hand to assist with application knowledge gathered in Eirich's worldwide test facilities. All new and customer-specific applications are validated and documented in production tests using the customers’ original materials. Customers are encouraged to come to Gurnee to participate and observe the lab testing of their products.
We also offer lab tests via livestream video for those who don't want to travel. This enables you and your team to interact directly with our Test Lab Manager and watch live as your material is being processed. You will see microscope images of your processed product, and after the trial has been completed you will receive recorded videos and an extensive lab report filled with data and conlusion. All from the comfort of your office or home!
Some equipment is also available for testing at the customer’s own facility (see Rental Equipment below).
