Mixing tool / beater

Depending on the application and on the product materials involved, different methods are applied to protect the beaters against wear.

The following types of wear protection are available:
• 4-layer armoring
• 4-layer armoring with end piece made of tungsten carbide
• tungsten carbide plating
• tungsten carbide plating with end piece made of tungsten carbide

The wear protection is a complete one-stop solution performed in the specially equipped EIRICH workshops - the best guarantee for quality and safety.

Bottom / wall scraper

The bottom / wall scraper is an essential component for the proper functioning of the EIRICH mixer.  Using original EIRICH parts insures the perfect fit for the greatest efficiency of the mixing process and the resulting product properties. Use of parts from other sources may cause severe functional impairment.

The high-wear zones of the bottom / wall scraper are either protected by armoring or tungsten carbide plating.
